State Program - 2nd payment

Description

For people who choose to pay for the State Program in installments, the 2nd payment of $340 is due on or before January 15th, for a total cost of $680.

Cancellation Policy

Program registration fees are not eligible for cash or credit refunds. Players dropping before the start date of a program will receive a full credit on their account for use towards a future program. Once a program begins, credits will be granted on a prorated basis, for medical reasons only, with a doctor’s note of explanation. There will be no cash or credit refunds.
