Sunday Summer Middle School Program - Woodbridge

This program will integrate skill work with game-play based on ability. Basic skills such as passing, setting, serving, and hitting will be covered each day. More advanced skills such as blocking, diving, and overhand digging will also be covered as the weeks progress. Program is open to girls entering grades 5-8 in the Fall.
Program runs for 8 weeks, July 18th-August 29th, 10am-12pm at the CT Sports Center
