Fall Program for High School Girls
Clinic-style format that will cover a variety of skills, including: serving & serve receive, setting & hitting, digging, blocking, offensive & defensive positions, transition, emergency drills, and game-like situations
Age: Open to 9th-12th graders not currently playing on high school teams
Location: Connecticut Sports Center (Woodbridge)
Dates: Thursdays, September 10 - October 29, 2026 (8 Weeks)
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm

Fall Extra Effort Program
* 8 week program open to all girls in 4th-8th grade
* Players will be divided by age/ability so that everyone learns at their own pace
* Program will focus on a variety of skills, including: passing, setting, hitting, serve receive, offensive and defensive positions, digging, blocking, approach-jump-hit, emergency drills, and combination movements.
Age: 4th - 8th graders
Price: $430

Location: Woodbridge (CT Sports Center)
Time: 6 pm - 8 pm
Dates: Tuesdays, September 8 - October 27, 2026

Location: Westport (Staples High School)
Time: 5 pm - 7 pm
Dates: Sundays, September 20 - November 15, 2026
