Fall Program for High School Girls
Clinic-style format that will cover a variety of skills, including: serving & serve receive, setting & hitting, digging, blocking, offensive & defensive positions, transition, emergency drills, and game-like situations​
Age: Open to 9th-12th graders not currently playing on high school teams
Location: Connecticut Sports Center (Woodbridge)
Dates: Thursdays, September 11 - October 30, 2025 (8 Weeks)
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm

Fall Extra Effort Program
LEVEL 1
Program focuses on fun, fundamentals, and basic skills: passing, serving, setting, approach, arm swing, rotation and rules. No previous experience necessary.

Age: 4th - 6th graders

Location: Woodbridge (CT Sports Center)
Time: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Dates: Tuesdays, September 9 - October 28, 2025
Schedule update: Program will not meet on October 14th. Make up date will be November 4th.

LEVEL 2
Program focuses on advancing skills, including: serve receive, offensive and defensive positions, digging, blocking, approach-jump-hit, emergency drills, and combination movements.
6th graders must have completed at least one previous CT Juniors program in order to participate.
