Girls Spring Program
The 2026 Spring Program offers a series of 5 clinics, each covering a different aspect of the game, with a 6th day of game play. Please note: 8th graders are expected to have prior experience before signing up and 7th graders must have participated in our 2025-26 winter program in order to participate. This program is not geared towards beginners. Please scroll down for other options for middle schoolers.

Location: Woodbridge (CT Sports Center)
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Dates: Sundays, May 3 - June 14, 2026 (6 weeks)
* Please note we are off on May 24th

Spring Extra Effort Program
LEVEL 1
Programs will focus on fundamentals, basic skills, and fun! No previous experience necessary.

Age: 4th - 6th graders
CHOOSE FROM TWO LOCATIONS!

Time: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Dates: Mondays, April 13 - June 8, 2026 (8 weeks)
* Please note we are off on May 25th for Memorial Day

LEVEL 2
Program will further expand on skills taught in level 1. 6th graders must have completed at least one previous CT Juniors program in order to participate. Program is offered to ALL 7th & 8th graders, regardless of experience. Players will be divided by ability so that everyone is learning at their own pace.
