Girls Travel Teams
The CT Juniors Travel Program was founded in the early 1990's. Since then, players who have participated in this program have received many honors including HS All-Conference, HS All-State, HS Gatorade Player of the Year, HS All-American as well as College All-Conference and College All-American.
Players have gone on to play at a variety of colleges including Duke, Rice, Harvard, Brown, UCONN, Providence College, University of Hartford, Fairfield, Wesleyan, Connecticut College, Sacred Heart, Post, Babson, College of Charleston, Haverford, Bryant, Quinnipiac, Springfield College, Southern CT, Eastern CT, Western CT , Merrimack, Wingate, New Hampshire, University of Texas Arlington and Iona to name a few.
Teams practice an average of 2 times per week (Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday) at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge.
Teams attend travel tournaments throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states.
Players must tryout. Tryouts are traditionally held in the month of November. Multiple teams are offered at each age bracket including 14's, 15's, 16's, 17's and 18's. Tryout dates and times will be published by October 1. All tryouts and practices will take place at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, CT.
The 2021-22 season cost was $3150 ($1150 due when selected to a team, then $1000 due Jan 15 & Feb 15). The 2022-23 season cost will be posted by October 1.
