The State Program is open to girls in grades 7-12 and you pick your own practice location between Woodbridge, Newtown, and Westport.
Our Developmental Program is open to girls starting as young as 4th grade and you can choose your practice location between Woodbridge and Westport.
Our Travel Program only runs out of Woodbridge, with tournaments around the Northeast. You can read more about our Travel Program at:

State Program
2025-26 dates are posted below!
Our State Program is a program for girls looking for a combination of skill work and gameplay experience. We offer 8 local practices in Woodbridge, Westport and Newtown and 4 competitions at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, all on Sundays.
Team placement starts in December and the season ends in March. To ensure a constant challenge for all athletes, players are placed on teams according to grade and ability. Teams are comprised of 9-11 players to maximize playing time. There are no tryouts, although 7th & 8th graders must have previous experience in order to register. Players are accepted as long there is space available. During the 2024-25 season we formed 36 teams.
Our Nationally Certified coaches instruct and challenge their players on the latest techniques covering passing, setting, hitting, serving as well as offensive and defensive strategies.
Uniform tops are provided.
Age: 7th - 12th graders*
*7th & 8th graders must have prior experience in order to register

Girls Developmental Program
This 8-week program which begins in January is for girls that have little or no volleyball experience or are too young for the State Program. We focus on fundamentals and learning. Players will work on such skills as passing, serving, hitting and defense with fun games mixed in. There are 6 practices and 2 game dates.
There are no tryouts and players will be taken on a 1st registered basis as long as space is available. Players are grouped according to age and ability. Each player will receive a free t-shirt at the first play date!
Program runs on Sundays. Season schedule is below.
Choose your practice location: Connecticut Sports Center (Woodbridge) from 4:30-6:30pm, or Westport (Staples High School) from 6:30-8:30pm
Program is open to 4th-8th graders in Woodbridge, but only 4th-7th graders in Westport due to limited space.
Game days will take place in Woodbridge from 4:30-6:30pm.
